Dear IBCO R1-75 Officers,

            It is with great pleasure that I announce the winners of the 2008 IBCO Local R1-75 Scholarships.  

(1 Scholarship to a Member; 3 Scholarships to Members’ Spouses and Children of Members)

            It has always been our position that Members come first. Given the structure of our new Local in the IBCO we are able to not only more effectively control our own destiny through direct Political contributions but we are also able to return some of your dues directly to you in the form of these Scholarships.
