The current pace of negotiations is very slow. Given the dynamics of the current fiscal issues State and Nationwide we anticipate a protracted negotiation process. Originally a Main Table Session was scheduled for 10/2/08. We have been notified today that the session has been canceled and the Union will be meeting in a caucus instead.
